Pasay City is the third smallest political subdivision in the National Capital Region. The city has 18.5 square kilometers wherein 9.5 square kilometers is being occupied by the Civil Aeronotics Administration (CAA) complex. This complex includes the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), the Villamor Air Base. 5.5 square kilometers is the occupied by the city proper and the rest is the reclamed area. A large part of the tourist belt of Metro Manila is located in this city. One of the many attractions of the city is the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CPP) complex which houses the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Tanghalang Francisco Balagtas (formerly known as the Folk Arts Theater), Manila Film Center, Coconut Palace, Product Design and Development of the Philippines (PDDCP), Philippine Trade Training Center (PTTC), World Trade Center-Metro Manila (WTCMM), Cuneta Astrodome, and theme parks such as Star City, Nayong Pilipino, and Boom na Boom.
